"Cute little older hotel on the west side of Gunnison. Just a full size bed and a small-ish room. The staff were super friendly and nice and we were able to use their lobby for a family dinner since our room was too small to accomodate. If you are a light sleeper this may not be for you since the rooms are not well soundproofed. Good value for the $$, and good breakfast options."

"Needs a lot of maintenance. Toilet was wobbly and seat was loose, tub fauce was dripping, burnt out light bulbs. Need filters on HVAC, fumes from vehicles pulled into room. Called before booking to verify ADA accessibility and was told it was. Bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible and room is barely accessible. The good things are that the property is clean. 24 hr access to coffee/juice machines, cereals, milk, yogurt. If you will be out and about in the town and not spending a lot of time at the hotel, a reasonable place to stay."

"AC unit would not cool the room at all. Opened the window to get relief, but someone decided to smoke outside the room, so we had to close it and suffer. Otherwise it was a nice room. "

"I had a pleasent stay. The staff was was very accommodating with our boat situation. They directed us to a close place to park and helped with my handicapped father. Highly recommend a stay."

"This place may not look fancy, but let me tell you the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the property is peaceful. The best part of Old Town Inn is how kind and helpful staff are. We’ve stayed there twice now with our dog and they have been wonderful her too! Highly recommend!l"

"This is a very nice, clean hotel in Gunnison. The staff is so polite and accommodating. It is an older property but extremely well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful. When you come to Gunnison you need to stay here!"
