« The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. But that deck was the high point. Shaded from the sun. Fans to help with heat/bugs, bluetooth speakers, tv. Lots of seating both there and at the inside dining tables. And even when we had an issue the management team was quick and professional to handle. Kids loved the video games as well. We had an amazing time with the family members who overnighted as well as family popping by from Buffalo! »

« This house was perfect for families on an Ellicottville getaway! Close to the playground, skate park, Arboretum, and walking distance to Tops, restaurants and ice cream made it an ideal location. The house itself was clean and stocked with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and feel like a home away from home. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and appreciated the fenced in backyard for the kids. Corey was very helpful and a great host to work with. Cannot recommend...

« We loved our stay for our family ski trip. The place was very clean and well stocked. The snow was very deep and the skiing was the best conditions we’ve had in the past 5 years. The bathrooms were very clean and we thought there were 3 full bathrooms but it was only 2 and a half on our side of the duplex. Overall it was very nice and we would definitely go back. »
