"The staff was exceptional! Very sweet and helpful, especially the valet guys. The cafe and food was very good. I think it’s nice that dogs are allowed to stay and next time I may bring my dog. The only thing I didn’t like was the secure feature of the room keys prevented me from visiting my daughter and family on another floor. Also, I don’t think it was necessary to wear hotel tags the whole time, all a little too controlling. A bit much guys! Good stay overall!"
