Very dated, dark & dingy decoration In desperate need of work Located on a busy main road, so noisy traffic. Carpet unclean Bathroom in need of updating 2 cups in room but no glasses. I asked a member of staff for a glass but was told they don’t supply glasses?? "Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up"

"It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there).
For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating."

"For the price we paid the hotel was absolutely fine. Lovely leisure facilities, nice biscuits with the tea and coffee tray. Lift’s available. Bar and restaurant and food were good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Sadly it’s all a bit tired. Cracks in plaster around the building, dark decor just in need of TLC but as I said before, this was reflected in a very good price. I would definitely book here again."
