I was made welcome by friendly and professional staff from start to finish. There was also a fire alarm event at the start of my stay which I thought was managed well but I would reccommend using a Megaphone when communicating directions with the evacuated guests.

Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable with a very big shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. I’ll Definitely stay again.

Checked in for 1night as we travelled to attend a family funeral, upon entering the room the curtain was shut and the smell of mould of very overpowering. Opened the curtain to be greeted with alot of black mould all over the window the curtain and underneath the table, i spoke to staff on reception ...
