This was a nice stay. We were only there one night, everything met our expectations.

Did not eat there Bar not inviting Room clean Parking situation a mess and expensive Disappointed that window had screen put over for an event and was not able to enjoy river view which I had paid more for. Not offered any discount when explained change In room coffee service was not complete with creamer etc..

Staff was extremely nice. The property was clean and served all of our needs.

The only unfortunate part is that the bar closes very early.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, but there are many hotels in the area. We paid extra to enjoy the luxury of this hotel and did not receive the best service. The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. I’m unsure how she was going to get in there if we hadn’t passed…. When we pointed out that we had not received exemplary service, we received two coupons for a free glass of house wine. Some of the furnishings are a bit worn and the food at the terrace room restaurant was lacklustre. The wine they served me was old and had to be taken away.The speakeasy was fun but quite highly priced. Service in the coffee shop was friendly and attentive. In regards to price point, I do not feel that it was worth the extra investment.
