« For the price you can't beat this recently remodeled Red Roof. Great location close to M-59. Very quite night and day. Pet friendly and the grounds are cleaner than most expensive hotels. Staff is absolutely amazing. »

« Aucune ventilation dans le lobby . Pas de ventilateur. Pour remplacer l’air clim probablement brise . L’air clim tres tres bruyante dans ma chambre. Chambre propre petite. Sinon l’hotel est moderne et propre dejeuner tres bon et le personnel super gentil. »

« The room it’s very clean and we’re a family of five so we need space and we’ve got enough room in our suite.. »

« I get that operating costs have risen but it seems on a stay of 4 nights there should be some level of room service done. There is not enough drying space for towels nor adequate air flow in the room to fully dry towels. This should be addressed. »

« We didn’t receive any services for our 4 day stay. We had to search out the cleaning crew for fresh towels, and room essentials. When I called to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned they said they were short staffed. We were out of our room plenty of hours for them to do a quick clean. The garbage was never emptied we had to bag it up and set it outside our room. The last straw was we had been out for several hours and came back to our still unclean room.
