"This is the kind of Motel I love and they are so hard to find anymore. It has all the old fashioned amenities and is welcoming. I love to be able to park right outside the door take my stuff in. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. I just wish they had been open for the restaurant and bar on Tuesday."

"Everything about the Robin Hood motel surpassed my expectations. The decor was 60s true without going overboard. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and dressing areas were great (lots of space to hang your clothes—it might help to provide more hangers though). I had a spacious room with good lighting (nice swag chain hanging fixtures and an over the headboard reading light). I used the pool twice; it was clean and the water was heated. The motel is very easy to find, a few minutes from places to eat. "

"We love staying in the Amazing Historic 1800s Carriage House! It is the perfect home away from home and we always try to get it when we know our July travel dates. Nathan, the host, and Karen, the housekeeper and very accommodating and made sure every need was met. Bonus: The bed is so comfortable. "

"No elevator, no hot food for breakfast. But they have comfortable bed, clean room. If you check the price you will notice it is wallet friendly. Would stay again."

"Manager and staff were extremely helpful and courteous in meeting our needs. Facility was very clean. However, renovations are needed. Plumbing is older and water temperatures hard to adjust. Refrigerator wasn’t very cool. Ice machine wasn’t working. Some fixtures were broken. They should consider more breakfast variety throughout the week."
