8.8/10 Excellent! (167 reviews)
We stay at the Cluanie Inn quite often as it is a handy stop off before taking the ferry to the Western Isles. It is always excellent. Really friendly and helpful staff, a good menu, especially the Indian food and the rooms are beautifully maintained and a good size, which is great if you have a big Labrador. Midge the Labrador loves the Cluanie Inn. We have stayed at all of the Black Sheep hotels, and I can't speak highly enough of them.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (19 reviews)
It was a challenge to get in contact with the host to get checkin instructions. We had to place an international call as they claim they could not communicate via Hotels.com. Everyone else I dealt with could. Parking was ok once we got into the unit and got the parking permit. Great location as restaurants shopping and sight seeing were all walkable.

"Hotel is tired and run down and very expensive for the level of cleanliness and amenities. TVs did not work in any of our six rooms and staff were so unhelpful. Good in bar was average, drinks were very expensive and to be honest I think we should have had a refund based on our experience. It was ..."

"The hotel is beautiful but is in need of some fixes. The radiators did not work and the lounge/bar areas were getting shabby. The food served in the restaurant was bland and would not recommend."
