Breakfast was fine. Fresh fruit was a plus. There was a mixup on our arrival for a 2 night stay, and we were sent to a room that contained a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. They gave us another room, ,which was fine. The following day, we were gone all day, returning after midnight to find no housekeeping services had been provided - garbage remained and used towels were still in the bathtub. Next morning, staff told us we had to request housekeeping services; it was not the practice to clean rooms daily.

Stay away!!! A true review!!! It’s NON REFUNDABLE and online reservations only because they are misleading people. You have no one to assist with any problems. We had NO streaming because we had NO WiFi/internet. We tried reaching someone and it took forever for them to answer us and was no help. We left after about 45 minutes of check in once we realized they were not going to help us with the internet or tv. There is no one to reach after 4 or 5. They live on the property but you have to text them and they are still no help. There are dogs walking around everywhere and people who stay there long term. Listen to a true review and stay away from this place. We lost our money because we left. We own a business and NEEDED WiFi to complete payroll. We were going to overlook the surrounding and just rest after traveling for 10 hrs. But, After we could not get any help with the internet and realized we could not do payroll and would not have TV, we left and went to the Holiday Inn Express beside Al’s. It was extremely clean, the front desk was staffed and very nice and we had TV and internet. This place is a joke. Don’t lose your money like we did and don’t fall for the reviews that talk about how great this place is. It may have been remodeled on the inside but, the outside surroundings are more like a very unkept area. With men with no shirts walking around and people out with dogs not cleaning up after them. All was a HUGE disappointment.

Staff, clean room

The location of the hotel was very good for what we wanted to do. The employees were pleasant and helpful. We didn’t use the restaurant in the evenings as we had other plans. We found a lot of interesting things about the building. We would consider using the Exeter again.
