« Room is a step above most non-chain motel rooms with very sparse amenities, limited parking, ok bedding, and small towels. We only used it for sleeping as we spent more time at our families house. For the price compared to others in the area it was very economical and fit what my Son and I needed. »

« It was neither quiet nor clean. The shower was filthy—mud ran on the floor when we turned on the water. Floor and air conditioners had not been clean so it was dusty. And it would helpful if some of the basic amenities were present like a hairdryer and a coffee pot. »

"Nous n’avons pu séjourner le premier jour, le 15 car notre avion depuis Sacramento a été retardé durant plus de 4 heures à plusieurs reprises à cause de brouillard à San Diego. Puis vers 20h à été finalement annulé. Nous avions averti l’hôtel de notre retard puis de notre cancellation. Nous avons été obligés de revenir à la maison, mais la nuit du 15 n’a pu être annulée. Est il possible de nous donner un crédit pour cette nuit? Merci de nous tenir informés."

"La chambre était prête tôt. Toute neuve et spacieuse avec 2 lits, située au 18e étage avec une superbe vue. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein coeur du quartier Little Italy qui a beaucoup de terrasses, restaurants, cafés et un marché public 2 fois par semaine. Le marché est situé juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le trolley est a quelques coins de rue et à 10 minutes de marche, nous sommes à côté de l'océan. Je retournerais volontiers à cet hôtel."

"The service is often not professional, though not rude, hotel generally not really cleaned and pretty outdated. But the worst part of the stay was the night between Tuesday to Wednesday during which the door could not open because of no battery. No one succeeded to fix it and I finally had to sleep in another room in front of my room (without any of my stuff, including professional computer). Most surprisingly, employees weren’t looking surprise, and even more shockingly I had to pay for that night to! The least would have been to offer the stay ! So to summarise : avoid this hotel."
