![Holcombe Village. The village of Holcombe is in the middle of all the trees with 330268 on the right. The village occupies a picturesque position on the slopes of Holcombe Hill. The buildings in the area are predominantly made up of stone cottages a public house, a restaurant, church and primary school. "We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class "
