"This is a playbook of what a budget hotel is to be like, clean, comfortable, well maintained, plenty of tv channels, a nice pool area, (I didn’t use) nor did I go for breakfast. I spent 2 nights and I wish other hotels in budget friendly price range would be like this Quality Inn!! Definitely a first choice if in this area. "

"The room was wonderful and hotel was great. Only thing was entrance way was recently damaged due to construction vehicle, not their fault. Staff was exceptional! Very helpful even with restaurant ideas and locations. Everything was very smooth. Will most definitely be staying here again! Wanted to thank Ashton the evening desk staff! They made my night and check in after a ling day smooth and exceedingly easy!! "

"Absolutely loved the Blue Heron for my husband and I's stay! It was such a peaceful property with so much to do to relax and reset all within the same property! We loved the area, Schindy's has the best pizza, atmosphere, and people working! We were able to go kayaking one day down the Muskegon, and take in the beauty from local parks! We can't wait to bring our kids up to stay to enjoy the area!"
