Hotel is basically a subdivision with its own convenience store and multiple restaurants. Hotel is in prime location with nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment and excursions that’s within walking distance. Room layout is more apartment than hotel.
Cons:
Concierge/activity staff were not helpful. They give you an envelope of useful excursions, hotel activities and information, but does not assist in booking. You have to do it yourself or find other alternatives as some activity brochure was out of date.

Rooms were clean, hallways and lobby and there is a cost to use the gym. Centrally located and within walking distance of a lot of things including a grocery store that has everything!

Overall the resort is nice. Certain front desk staff quite rude, rest of staff wonderful. Beach is great. I want to say watch your drink at bars- cover it or take it with you when you leave. Breakfast is fresh.

Our host Nicky was an amazing help. She made my stay feel nothing but amazing, from communicating, to any help needed and made my stay feel like I’m at home. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be away from where mostly everyone stays when they travel to St. Maarten. Besides that the view was amazing, the complimentary snacks and beautiful touches in the unit. I will definitely return here again when I come back to St Maarten
