Pros: quiet location, easy check in, on site laundry.
Cons: a bit out of the way but still walkable. Very tight, especially apartment 10 where you are sleeping in a tiny loft. We had a bumped head or two during our stay. Water leaks in the bathroom and it lacks the water pressure for a good shower. They crammed 10 apartments into a building that should probably have 6-8. Sometimes less is more.
Overall it was fine. Not good, not terrible.
