Stay with the parents

The house was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay. It is such a nice way to spend time with family instead of them getting a hotel and having to eat out every meal it was like having them into your own home. Our home is a fifth wheel so no room for guests. Plenty of room for everyone to relax!

Great Escape from Florida!

We had a huge family reunion in town, and needed a spot for many ages. Chris was wonderful with communication and helping us prepare. He even got a hose for us so our littles could run thru the sprinkler in the awesome backyard. The house has great living spaces and “lives big.” The beds were comfortable (including the sofa beds and futons), and the linens were great. Games and workout equipment were nice touches. A bottle of wine and a local pastry were happily received. We enjoyed grilling out and made many meals in the easy-to-navigate kitchen. The neighborhood was also great for walks and my kids walked to the local Culvers for a treat. We would totally stay here again if we are back in the area.

GREAT HOST

Chris was absolutely amazing! I texted him the first night that we couldn't figure out how to turn the light on in the 3/4 room area. He answered right away that there should be a lamp, but there wasn't one. The next day when we got back from a little sightseeing... a brand new lamp was waiting for us. The place a perfect for our stay. Roomy inside and out, but cozy. The mattresses were amazing! I slept better there than I do at my own home! The only negetive was there were some areas of the house that could have used a good clean. Under couch in living room and the basement bathroom had spiders and the toilet area wasn't clean. But overall we would definately stay again! Great location to everything we wanted to do!

Enjoyable!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and it did not disappoint. Good location, fenced in backyard (good for children), property well maintained. Outdoor grill came in handy, as did the kitchen. Bedrooms comfortable. Plenty of space. Property manager promptly responded to any questions we had. Would recommend this house for sure.

Simply ideal!

This is an extremely comfortable, clean and efficient home in a quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. The fencing and position on the lot give you total privacy from neighbors, inside and out. The house features plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, great natural light throughout, well-outfitted kitchen with good appliances, great mattresses with plenty of bedding and towels. The showers have wall dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Bedrooms all have TVs and hair dryers. Lots of closet space with lovely hangers, luggage racks, ironing boards & irons. The downstairs laundry room has two washers and two dryers, both commercial size so you can get a week’s worth of laundry done in a flash. Perhaps the best feature of the house is the management. Chris is incredibly attentive and accessible by phone 24/7. We had one minor appliance issue and in 15 minutes of my reporting it, there was a technician at our front door who fixed it and was gone in 15 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this property so I’ll just say we already have booked another 2-week stay here. That pretty much says it all.

Nice clean property in a great neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was fully fenced in, with nice grass, a table with umbrella and grill. The grandchildren enjoyed playing in the backyard and it was a pleasant place to sit and drink my morning coffee. check in and communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Sidewalks and minimal traffic made it nice to walk around with the grandchildren on their scooters. Location was great— short drive to playgrounds, zoo and a beautiful beach. Would stay here again. Tips for those traveling with young children— bring a security gate as there are stairs leading to the finished basement. We managed to childproof kitchen cabinets by tying grocery bags on the handles

Wonderful place for a stay with the family.

We wanted a place to escape from our small apartment in the city, and found this place online. The best part about it is the very accessible owner, who is easy-going and communicates quickly to respond to any questions, etc. The property itself is clean and the beds are super comfy. Very close to the zoo and the lake for family trips. Would recommend for a low-key place to unwind with friends and family.

Family get together

Myself and two of my siblings brought our families to Racine for the holiday. We stayed at this rental and it was such a great experience!!! Christopher was wonderful to work with prior, during and after our stay. The young cousins had so much fun being together in the same house and it was so nice to have our own place Where they had space to move and play. We were even able to set up a tent in the basement for the kids to sleep in as if they were camping with each other...they LOVED it and we would’ve never been able to create these memories in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this rental and owner. Thank you Christopher!

Great place for our scrapbook weekend

Christopher was great to work with and was helpful throughout the booking process and answered questions through the weekend. The basement was a perfect space for our craft tables...lots of light and open area. House was very clean and welcoming. Will so book again!!

Great Property

This was a great little spot! The house was very neat and clean. There was plenty of space for my whole family of six and then some. The North Park Beach by there was incredibly nice and only 10 minutes away! Surprised me very much how beautifully clean it was and blue in color! We went to a Brewers game and hit Six Flags Great America! Overall it was a wonderful vacation and my kids will never forget it!

Family Getaway

The property was exactly as it was listed. Very clean and had a lot of amenities. Chris responded quickly to all of my messages and was very helpful. My only complaint is the hidden fees. The house holds up to 14 people, but there are additional charges per person per night for any more than 4 guests. This price to stay at this place was great, but adding people can quickly make it very expensive.
