The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: 24-hour fitness center, private balcony, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and smart TV with Chromecast Business-Travel Ready: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, iron, Keurig, and more Location: \- 5 minute drive to Third Ward \- 15 minute drive to General Mitchell airport \- Walkable to grocery and convenience stores, The Ivy House event space, and the city\`s best restaurants and bars along 2nd St and throughout the neighborhood Parking: \- Parking is not included in this listing \- Free daytime street parking is available on Mineral St and on Washington St \- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Mineral, Washington, 3rd St, and west side of 2nd St, but not allowed on east side of 2nd St \- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn\`t enforced). Just call the city on the day you\`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit.
