« The house is a block away from the beach park. There is no lake view, but there could be if they trimmed a tree and lowered the fence. The lake and beach are magnificent. Water was warm 1st week of August with tan powder sandbars all over the beach. Lots of space and not too busy. The surrounding area has much poverty, while right on the edge of the marina … food at the lakeside restaurants was just ok. No fresh catch options from the lake on any of the menus…So disappointing. « The house is beautiful and the location is a few minutes walk from downtown greendale. We were able to walk there every morning, drink coffee, and relax. This was the highlight of our trip. The inside of the house was lovely, stocked with towels, kitchen items, paper towel, etc. Everything looked clean and the outside area was very well maintained. « We had a great stay. Places to eat close by. We walked to a great Italian restaurant. Our hosts communication was above and beyond. Even though it is a duplex type house, it is very quiet. No noise issues at any time. Plenty of parking and nice backyard. »

« Neighborhood was actually unbelievably quiet. House is set up just fine. Maybe want to inspect the working outlets situation. Some worked, some didn't. Lol but bring a power strip and you're good. I was overall pleased after my skepticism. »
