"I always stay at this hotel when I fly in from Tokyo to see family. It's next to Lake Ray Hubbard and I-30 so getting to Dallas is easy."

"Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. "

"We have stayed here a few times since it opened. It is always clean and the facilities are being taken care of. Breakfast is very good. "

"The only thing that seemed cleaned was the bed. It did have fresh linens although there were cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was awful. Long black hairs in the shower, urine spots on the floor and toilet. The rack for the towels was partly torn from the wall and had toilet paper stuck in the holes in the wall. The sink had toothpaste and hair in it. The floors were sticky and had food on it. The worker in the front was not interested in helping the situation. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because it was a fairly nice area. Sooo disappointed.."

"Please note this property is not a hotel but a motel. Its a place where industrial workers stay passing through or at extended rates. Its located in the middle of food places waffle house, chicken fry, and McDonalds. There is some type of birds that dwell in trees surrounding building that makes noise sun up to sun down just loud for no reason. I was moved from one room to another (upgrade) due to pest in my room (cockroaches). It was nothing as I expected. The gym on site was out of order. The desk wasn't familiar of surrounding food places. Forney is a city that is still being developed perhaps I should have checked age of facility before choosing. I wont use this establishment again."

"I stay in this area often and I wanted to try a different hotel. There’s a little cheaper than the one I normally stay at. I don’t even think for the prize I would stay here again. The bed was so hard that it probably would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the floor and their AC does not stay on so in other words we got no sleep while we were there cause the bed was so hard and the air would cut off for a really long time. The fan would never stay running. I would not stay here again. "

"The property was not well maintained. It also was not clean to include several bugs, rat droppings, and a dead frog. Also most of the furniture is very stained up and the home has a sewage smell. After asking to be refunded to find a better place to celebrate our dads birthday, the owner chose not to. The property is right on a lake making fishing very accessible. "
