This place is fabulous! Welcoming, clean, quiet and yet, close to the action (Centro Historico). I highly recommend it!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!

We paid extra to stay on the 16th floor so we could have access to the executive lounge and the amenities it offers. However, upon arrival we did that the lounge is now being used for business meetings and private dinners. If we had known this we would not have paid extra.

Beautiful property, excellent amenities such as gym, pool and access to beauty salons.

Clean roon, lovely hotel details, very helpful staff. We saw them set up a beautiful wedding event.
