Excellent human touch, gorgeous environment a world apart from the bland environment of a the big hotel brands. I am a seasoned traveler; I spend 2-3 weeks / month on the road and this has been the best hotel I have stayed in years. Excellent staff that goes the extra mile for you, in a safe, clean and quiet location next to cultural attractions and excellent food. Truly loved the attention from the team and the hotel design; small, chic.

The hotel was very nice and modern. The people were very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with food, suggestions and restaurants. They also have good food and a full bar at the hotel. Great location in the Historic Center and walkable to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

This place is absolute luxury in a minimalist design. We loved it here. The staff are so helpful. The bed is comfortable. You get a huge shower. Reminder - if you shower early in the morning, tell them, so they will turn it on in advance. Its in a very central location, so you can walk all over beautiful Queretaro. My only issue, is that they need pool loungers for that lovely, warm pool.

Great Hotel in Every Way

This is a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean as a whistle. The patio was incredible -- it's like having a two room suite (with one outdoors). It's location is also about as good as can be. Super safe neighborhood, and yet a few blocks from the noise and the crowds. We will 100% stay here the next time we go.

We went to Queretaro for Dias De Los Muertos and this was the perfect location for it. We were far enough away that the noise did not keep us up at night, but close enough to where we could go grab some food vendors or see the festivities within minutes. The staff was beyond kind and ensured the place was clean at all times. Thanks again! I would visit your hotel again!
