During the warmer months, the balcony enjoys afternoon and evening sun, whilst you can take in the tranquility and privacy of the back garden which basks in sunlight. The property is both luxurious and extremely comfortable, featuring beautiful gardens, fruit trees, vegetable patches, and herb gardens. The back garden also provides direct access to the Queenstown Hill Walking Track, one of Queenstown's top free attractions. There is outdoor off-street parking for in the driveway and unallocated street parking in the area. You will have access to the entire upstairs house except one room which is locked. You may use the outdoor areas at your leisure, the home has full kitchen facilities and laundry with a washer and clothes drier.
