Loved this place!

Perfect location within walking distance to everything! Nice decor, impeccable service, comfortable rooms and the heated bathroom floor was an added bonus. We enjoyed our time at the Sofitel Queenstown!

Very well maintained room and facilities. Service was top notched. Excellent breakfast. Love the location, right in the middle of shops and Ferg burger. Highly recommended!

So pleased I chose Sofitel Queenstown

My wife and I loved our stay at Sofitel Queenstown. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and efficient. Our room was spacious, very Comfortable and well appointed. It is located perfectly, just a two minute stroll to the absolute centre of Queenstown. I would absolutely recommend Sofitel Queenstown and will definitely stay there again on my visit.

Highlights: great staff, convenient location, heated bathroom floors & towel rack were a nice touch, minibar was included in our room, the food that you ordered for breakfast was great, reasonable view of the mountains from the room, having a water bottle filler in the lobby Downside: room was extremely dusty, exhaust in the bathrooms didn’t work too well, small balcony with no patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors, few days in someone threw up in one of the main lifts and the smell lingered for days after, hotel seems a little outdated or missing the same luxury of other Sofitels (not including the staff, they were all great)

A 5 Star hotel in a great location. Large comfortable room with underfloor heating in bathroom. Excellent service at reception and restaurant which served a wide variety of food including eggs as you like them.

Location, location, location

Phenomenal location! The staff are lovely and helpful. We’ve stayed here several times over the years. The overall quality of the hotel has gone down. You can see the wear and tear. The beds need to be replaced. They dipped in the centre. It has become more of a family place. Expect a lot of kids.
