Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A two-bedroom home on a single level just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out over the lake and mountains.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know your desired configuration when booking.

Bathrooms: One full bathroom with a standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop, oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer.

Balcony: Outdoor seating including two loungers as well as a table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds



Bed configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

It is a very quiet neighbourhood and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 17 stairs down to apartment, then 3 stairs up to front door

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Location: The property sits on a hill

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.
