Kia Ora and welcome to our beautiful studio apartment, which is perfectly located on the lakeside of Queenstown and only 400 metres from town (5 minutes stroll) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops on your doorstep. This apartment is perfectly located to explore all that Queenstown has to offer. Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront.

NOTE: Essential courtyard construction will be taking place on the 6th floor from 19 October 2026 through 12 March 2027 (with a holiday break from 12 December to 17 January). As a result, you may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.



Bedroom: Open-plan studio sleeping area.

Bathroom: One bathroom. Full bathroom with standing shower.

Living room and kitchenette: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, 2-slice toaster, and microwave.

Balcony: There is a small balcony attached with no furniture.

Guests have full use of the property — lounge, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Wakatipu, a 5-minute walk from the downtown Queenstown centre. It is a very quiet room, centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No stairs, take elevator to 3rd floor

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
