"Great location. Beautiful views of the harbor, very close to shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to free hop on hop off shuttle to the Newport Mansions. Nice restaurant/bar onsite."
"I give this place a 10 not because it's the Ritz but because it hits all my objectives and is very good value compared to nearby alternatives. This place is an inn, so not a fancy resort, but it has a quaint lobby with a nice, old-fashioned feel (old oil portraits), and the rooms, while a bit tight, have comfortable beds, a fridge, a clean bathroom with a tub/shower, and attractive period-style furnishing. My room was quite and with mini-split air conditioning was very comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing for a modestly priced place. Parking for 24 hours, literally across the street, is $20. No elevator though, but the staff carried our luggage up for us without our even asking"
"We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are super clean and newly updated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The innkeeper does a great job and is very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. The only downfall is the parking, which is offsite.

"Property and staff were great. Very convenient to all sights. Free water is nice. However, be aware that parking is $50 per day and there is also a daily $45 resort fee! Not sure if this the case everywhere. Still, great place to stay in Newport. "
