"We had booked for 3 people originally. 2 rooms, 1 single and 1 double. There was a change in our travel arrangements and we arrived with 4 of us. The rooms unfortunately do not accomodate an extra bed, but they rearranged and made available another single room. The reception was very accommodating, and very helpful. The fact that the property had a parking spot for our car was much appreciated. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Yet it is a short walk on the lakeside boardwalk to town. Moments away from the docks for catching a boat. We enjoyed the friendly service, clean rooms and gracious Stresa hospitality."
