"들어서면서부터 향기가 좋아서 만족했고 숙소가 가족들이 머물기 너무 좋았습니다. 욕조가 있어 여행후 반신욕으로 피로를 풀었고 입욕제도 제공해주어 정말 좋았습니다. 냉장고가 굉장히 커서 과일을 좋아하는 저희 가족에게 안성맞춤이었습니다. 그릇과 컵도 모두 예쁘고 다양해서 좋았고 무엇보다 숙소가 너무 편안하고 예뻐요!! 한국느낌을 살리면서도 편안함이 최고네요! 다도도 가능해서 아침마다 가족들과 다도를 즐겼어요. 오설록 티백을 제공해주시는게 대박인데 처음 먹어보는데 향이 너무 좋네요!! 다음에 서울 올일 있으면 무조건 이 숙소에 머물거에요!"

"The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was a bit small. The breakfast had good variety but some cheese, different breads, bacon or cold cuts would be nice. The rooftop terrace was very nice for city views. We used it everyday and were almost always alone up there. There are many plants, flowers and small potted trees which is great but it would be nice if the weeds could be removed and the nicer plants could thrive. The location is excellent!! Very close to the DDP and in between 2 metro stations that are about a 5 minute walk away. Overall a very good stay."

"Stuff for lovely very helpful with everything and interested in my stay being good maintenance of the room was bad. Everything was wobbly and nail sticking out of the bedside table mould on the wall and nobody came to clean my room in six days. I had to empty my own bins, get my own linen and toilet roll. I had booked into a deluxe room and got a standard room which I tried to contact trip about, but I couldn’t get any joy as I do feel I should have a refund for the difference in the value of the room."
