"Room was fairly clean. Curtains were ripped. Was placed in a room next to storage closet and it was extremely noisy with staff banging in and out of the closet at all hours especially early in the morning. Check-in was tedious as paperwork was not ready even though reservation was made 8 days prior. Breakfast was non palatable… tried to make a fresh waffle and the batter came out gray and oily. "

"The air conditioning was good, did not use the pool, the room floor was dirty, the breakfast was good. The staff was awful he said that I reservation was not paid for through Hotel.com, he gave me a bill stating that I needed to pay. Fortunately, I had my confirmation and receipt. He still disputed it and told me he would have to let his manager look into the matter. I told me when I was leaving the hotel that he still had my bill information. I didn’t trust him with my credit card information. I will not stay there anymore."
