« We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to downtown Punta Gorda in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house on the inside was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities (towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, etc.) There were a few mis-steps. The heated pool was not heated. Shortly before our check in, I was told that if we wanted it warmer than 72 degrees, it was an upcharge. We negotiated a reduced rate but this was not appreciated. « The host was so caring and thoughtful, would send messages to make sure we settled in okay and to let us know if we needed anything to just let them know. The house was amazing. It was clean and cozy. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. It had everything we needed so we didn’t have to stress bringing anything with us. »
