"Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year."

"House was very clean and tons of things to do. Fishing was alright from pier, but only 20 minute ride to Port Charlotte beach park where the fishing was amazing. Family loved the pool and outside entertainment area all screened. The beds and mattresses were top notch, slept very well. Kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy family dinners every night. "We stayed here for a long weekend of golfing from Michigan and absolutely loved this place Brand new appliances very clean very spacious high-end everything beautiful upscale neighborhood super comfortable. The pool was awesome waterfront outdoor bar was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation. The property owner and the host deserve a lot of credit for a wonderful experience."
