« Beautiful view and good responsive management. When we arrived it was not cleaned but they were quick to respond and waived cleaning fee. The unit is spacious with beautiful ocean views but there was no AC and it has a bug problem and should be fumigated. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated the TV has no live steam option in family room but did have it in the bedrooms which was nice. The local mgmt was very helpful bringing over extra hangers and responsive to our needs. We love the...

« My family of 4 and one of our adult kid’s friends stayed at this wonderful condo villa on the Honua Kai Resort property. The villa is spacious, clean, has modern appliances, and is stocked with everything needed for cooking. There is a separate garage that had boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, wagon, and kids toys. The only thing we would’ve liked is a beach umbrella, but we got one for free with snorkel rental at the Snorkel Store.The Luana villas are not beachfront, but they are quieter...

« On Christmas evening, I had just finished cleaning up after dinner and was preparing to pack my bag. We would be departing for the airport at 4:30am the next morning. I checked my email around 6:30pm and noticed an email from the host of this unit, that I had booked months before. The email stated that my booking (which was to start the next day) was being cancelled and I would get a refund in 8-10 days. I am 5 months pregnant, and was traveling with 4 children. "Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous avons dû gérer et nettoyer la situation nous-mêmes, ce qui a grandement affecté notre expérience. Nous avions également mentionné que ce séjour marquait notre 15e anniversaire. Malheureusement, aucune attention particulière ni geste de reconnaissance n’a été offert, ce qui a été décevant compte tenu de l’occasion. Finalement, lors de notre repas au restaurant de l’hôtel, l’entrée et le plat principal ont été servis en même temps, et les deux étaient froids. Cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un établissement de votre catégorie. Nous souhaitions vous partager ces éléments afin que vous puissiez en prendre connaissance et améliorer l’expérience client. Nous espérons qu’un suivi pourra être fait concernant cette situation."
