« Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. We had breakfast up in Queen Anne and it was so nice being able to go from downtown to QA so easily to experience more of what the area has to offer. This location definitely...

« Location was fabulous and the space was lovely. However the kitchen needs a few things: dishtowels and place mats. Also parking can be a big problem; although a zone parking pass is provided it can be difficult to impossible to find a space in the evening. One night we had to park more than 4 blocks away after driving around for almost a half hour. This is the not the agencies fault given how congested the neighborhood is but just be aware. »

« Our stay was after our cruise we stayed June 23rd and checked out June 25th. The apartment was listed as having air conditioning.... It was in the low 90's during our stay. The air conditioning consisted of 3 portable units and a fan. We were instructed by the gentleman that took you to the apartment that you couldn't run all 3 units at the same time because it would kickoff the electrical breaker! We were told to run 2 units an the fan. We couldn't even do that because the electrical breaker...

« Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. « Phillip and Danica are incredible hosts! They have thought of everything possible for the most comfortable stay. From walking sticks to makeup removal wipes, a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, PLUS a cheese board and freshly baked bread and pastries. Besides the multiple great outdoor spaces to enjoy the wildlife, there were games and a pool table which we enjoyed too.I had plans in town so spent limited time on the park trails.
