This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom with luxury rain shower and heated floors. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. The place is well appointed and served us well and the neighborhood was fun and close enough to walk or light rail pretty much anywhere. The rooftop deck is also a lot of fun with great views! One drawback is the king bed on the third floor is inside a frame on the floor.
