« bel hotel tres agreable. personnel sympathique. tres bon buffet du petit dejeuner. grande piscine quoique pas parfaitement propre. wifi un peu lent dans les chambres. bien situe, proche du mall robinson. possibilites d'excursions. tres bon rapport qualite prix, seul petit pb, les excursions pour el nido et la riviere souterraine demarrent tres tot et l'hotel devient tres bruyant vers 6h-6h30 du matin !!! »

"La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos. Elle était dans un état déplorable, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, la lumière extérieure passait toute la nuit dans la chambre par une vitre au-dessus de la porte, il y avait un générateur juste de l’autre côté d’une autre porte qui se déclencher régulièrement et le personnel passait sans arrêt sur l’allée à côté avec des charriots très bruyants. La liste est quand même longue !!!"
