The pullout bed had a stain on the sheet, and the blanket that you use for the pullout sofa had hair on it. The microwave was broken and we had to request a new one. We were falsely accused of being the reason of a noise complaint and when it was determined that it wasn't our room, no apology was given. We were also given 5 towels and 4 wash cloths for a party of 6. "
