"We arrived very late. Because it was our first time there we each got free plays in the casino. The room was very nice. The bed was so comfy. The shower was great. The desk staff KK was so welcoming. We really enjoyed our one night stay. "

It set the tone right away, and honestly, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. They truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was fantastic —hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve had to date. There was lots of variety with options to suit every dietary need!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"They put us in a smoking room (we reserved a non-smoking room), the room is dirty and outdated, no tissues, only one roll of toilet paper, charged us for a bottle of water, fridge did not work, there was no remote for the TV, sheets had small rips in them, soap dispenser on the shower was disgusting and clogged"
