The Space: ACCESS TYPE: ▻ You will have access to the garden, the pool (when uncovered), and most of the rest of the 300 acre farm. ▻ There are two other families that live on the farm, so guests can expect to see other people walking the farm and garden, and occasionally using the pool. Unplugging devices may result in a $100 fee. ▻ Strictly NO PARTIES. ▻ Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM ▻ Strictly NO SMOKING ▻ Kindly keep noise and activity neighbor-friendly. ▻ NO pets allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 penalty fee to cover professional cleaning. By booking this property, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines outlined in the listing. Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available). ▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval. ▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate until 12 PM. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay. ▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here. ▻ Pet Policy – NO pets allowed. Children under the age of 18 shall be supervised by an adult at all times. There shall be no diving or roughhouse play in or about the pool area. 3\. There shall be no glass containers used in the pool area, nor any food or drink in the pool itself. No one shall swim or use the pool while intoxicated or impaired. 4\. The pool house shall remain off-limits to the Guest, and only Property Manager-designated patio furniture shall be used by the Guest. 5\. There is no lifeguard on duty.
