« We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hilo. Cute room! Clean, comfortable and had the amenities you’d hope to have in a single room setting. Host was kind and quick to be responsive. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance in Louisvilles “Highlands” neighborhood. Also close to downtown. I’ll come back here! »

« This is a beautiful property with a very interesting history. It is situated in a neighborhood so there was no traffic noise and the rooms were very quiet.
But....
1. We did not get the email from the property to access the room. I called the number on the website and the previous owner responded that he had sold the property. He even checked with us the next day to make sure we were ok. We did find the property manager that evening and got into the room.
2. There was no toilet paper in the...

« James took great care of us. The property is an amazing old mansion, beautifully restored and very charming. James made us an amazing breakfast and was able to tell us all about the history of the mansion. I highly recommend staying there, truly a memorable experience. »
