"This was our first time staying with you... everything was lovely and clean. There was a line up when we arrived, but they added more staff, which helped a lot. We hope to stay with you again."

"Decent clean rooms, and a great Tempo restaurant and lounge/ bar with amazing staff. The fitness facility is incredibly warm, windows screwed shut, had to talk to manager a couple of times to get the air conditioning on, even then it’s a hard work out… fitness area is also quite dirty, one worn out mat, a very dusty dirty floor,easy to see not regularly cleaned and some days no towels available, despite being in there as soon as it opened and despite bringing this to management’s attention. Also very frustrating is that our key cards needed to be swapped several times as they would cease allowing us room / gym entry, despite not being near our cell phones as management indicated might be the problems. Elevators also not regularly cleaned and smelled bad. We personally would not return, there are many other hotels to look into ."

"I only got chereos and the patatos since i don't like peppers and stuff in eggs would have prefered simple scrambled eggs and i didn't end up liking the patatoes with usually is my favorite part. I also don't eat breakfast sausage so i had no meat options. Maybe think to accomodate all people. A lot of people don't like peppers and onions in omelettes. If i liked those things tho they would have been very good was fresh"

"We were upgraded when we arrived. The room was really clean and so was the hotel in general. Location was great. We arrived at 7 and the underground ground parking was almost all gone. "

"Very disappointed in this stay. Expedia stated daily room service but the hotel stated that it was only every second day. On our 3rd day we came back and our room still wasn’t cleaned, when I called again they tried to tell me it was only cleaned after a 3 day stay. They did however send someone up. But to not even receive clean towels without having to ask is ridiculous. Also there are a lot of construction workers in the hotel who hang out at the entrance smoking weed. The smell of weed throughout the hotel was very evident. I would not recommend this hotel at all. "
