Poor Services (no extra bedding for the sofa bed - my elderly mom was cold while sleeping during the first night; the safe is locked - not operational)
Poor Maintenance (the bathroom had no proper ventilation; the bathroom door is jammed with extreme loud noise when opening it each time; water station is not operational in the gym)
