The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing but you have a lot of extra add ons such as a fee to use the cups in your room also having a car is very useful transport is hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Great staff, beautiful room with a view of the lake Lugano , breakfast was great, dinner was so spectacular the chef and restaurant should get a Michelin guide toque and at ordinary prices. Will be back. Our go to in Campione. Deserves 7 stars!!!

The only drawback is that the hotel is located near a busy roundabout, but unless you open the windows, you can barely hear anything. Easy free parking next to the hotel. "You will need transportation to reach. All uphill to the hotel. Beautiful view from balcony. You are close to the church...... the bells ring every hour until 7 p.m. and briefly on the quarter hour. Restaurant under the hotel .... delicious pizza. Easy to walk about town. Bus stop back to bahnhof ..."
