Property is in excellent condition, AC works great, nice venue, bar & restaurant. Location is perfect, close to shops, market, and restaurants, and within walking distance of the beach. Safe area with a night guard and a passcode

We enjoyed our stay overall and the location was beautiful and peaceful. However, there are a few things that I feel need improvement, especially when it comes to security. The entrance door does not have a lock, and the outside gate remained open all night, which made us uncomfortable because it seemed like anyone could walk directly into the village/property.
We also had issues with some of the amenities. The deck lights did not work at all, which made the outside area very dark at night. The mini pool also was not working properly; only the lights worked.
We still enjoyed our family vacation and the property itself has a lot of potential, but better security and making sure all of the advertised amenities are working would make the experience much better.

"Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad ..."
