As a solo traveler, I loved my stay here!! Even though it’s the middle of the summer the staff cleaned up most of the seaweed so the beach was lovely every day! The bartenders and all staff were lovely too and the front desk gave me the most lovely room :) every night was a party, I cannot reccomend this resort more

Staff was helpful and friendly. I preferred to the gym area to those in other resorts, it was not large but was sufficient for a vacation gym. Pools and ocean area were well maintained and staff was very attentive. If you're planning on leaving the resort in a taxi or uber, you'll need to notify the gate. It is kind of difficult to come and go freely without using the resort's services. The resort does offer plenty of services but, if you're a solo traveler and prefer to kind of do your own thing, just be aware of that.

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.

The beach is amazing. The staff is very friendly, professional and provides excellent customer service specially Magalis, Ricardo, Genesis and Cedric at the buffet restaurant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.
