« We thought we were missing the spring break crowd, but it seems we were mistaken. The number of guests definitely impacted our stay. I think the staff did their best, but there were various issues related to crowds. Also, we weren't happy with the cleanness of our room. »

« Wonderful stay! Cabin was excellent. We have stayed in Ridgedale several times before- all good experiences. Only two maintenance items to mention:1) ceiling can light above door to deck flickering badly- may need replacing.2) shower head in queen bed bathroom needs cleaning or replacingThank you for a great stay! « The property location was nice – away from the hustle and bustle, but conveniently located a short drive from anywhere you might want to go. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room kept us cool while it was running, but the room got very warm between cycles. The price of our stay was very good compared to other properties we considered. We would absolutely stay again. »

« No lights in the hot tub, hot tub was dirty. Chair in the room was stained.
Breakfast signage said it was available until 11, but before 9am it was being put away and when we tried to communicate that to the staff putting it away, we were unable to communicate our questions. »
