"The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open."

"First thing I noticed when checking in was that the place smelled clean, and the receptionist was extremely nice and accommodating. The outside of the building looked a little outdated, maybe because of the closed restaurant right in front of the hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the toilet handle was a little finicky. If it wasn’t jiggled just right, the toilet wouldn’t fill back up, and the water pressure was slow to refill the tank, which made it a little inconvenient with a family. Other than that, I would stay here again. Great rooms for the price."

"The unit itself was very clean and neat. Having washer/dryer on the unit was helpful. There were minimal supplies provided and the temperature disparities from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor made sleeping difficult as it would be extremely hot upstairs unless the downstairs was unbearably cold.The biggest mark against this rental was the neighborhood. Very loud and noisy at night. The neighborhood was very rundown and felt highly unsafe. If there was not available parking in the locked garage, I would have not stayed."
