Incredibly helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping to valet. It's an older downtown property so there are some cleanliness and maintenance issues - all minor - that come with an old urban core hotel. But great access to sports, restaurants, etc. And again, as of Aug. 2026, staff was amazing.

We would have love to have parking included in the price of the hotel but understand why it is not. This gives the guest the option to pick what parking ramp they want or have the valet parking that is offered at the hotel. It is a great location for a Fever game. We had a great stay! Thank you!
