"We had never stayed at Best Western before and we travel frequently. I was very surprised with the hotel as the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They also had a hot breakfast available which was quite good at the Nashville location."

"I appreciate the free parking and continental breakfast. Our room was smaller than expected, nevertheless it was as pictured. Hotel is within 10 minutes of shopping and restaurants. We had an issue with our tub not draining correctly, maintenance was sent up almost immediately and the issue was resolved quickly. Our stay was pretty good."

"They are undergoing a SERIOUS remodel (no lobby, no hot breakfast, water on and off, debris and garbage everywhere and remodeling workers start at 7:30 am every morning and go till late at night. If you are staying in the next two months, find somewhere else. Staff is soooo nice but that doesn’t take away from breathing dust and debris floating everywhere, old mattresses out front, no hot breakfast and banging hammers at 7 am. "

"After traveling 10 hours, I get to the hotel to find out my reservations wasn't paid for so I called my daughter who had made the arrangements. I was tired, I'm a senior citizen and I'm trying to figure out what was going on. After taking with my daughter and staff back and forth which was frustrating, my daughter went back through Expedia and made another reservation and this time the payment went through. The staff asked for my license a second time along with my debit card and I told her I just gave her my license and my daughter paid online so I don't have the debit card. My daughter was asking questions and the staff is talking and I'm tired so I said this is stupid. The staff said she cancelled my reservations that was just paid for and that she wasn't going to explain to me again why she needed my license and debit card. I ended up getting a really nice hotel somewhere else. You'd think staff would be a little understanding that travelers get tired after being on the road and cancelling reservations for saying this is stupid was extreme."
