« Beautiful hotel in downtown Findlay, Ohio. Tastefully decorated, great staff, comfortable rooms. »

« The staff at the front desk during the day were not able to take care of requests. I had a used coffee in my room, only one cup for 4 people. I asked for more coffee 3 times and did not receive it. The gentleman working at night took care of it in 5 minutes. The room also was nevwr cleaned or serviced for 3 days. The gym was amazing for a hotel gym, the pool was nice and so was the restaurant. For the price it was not worth it. »

« It's a good, quiet place to sleep for a low cost. Unfortunately, if you have a good sense of smell you will pick up hints of mold and mildew in the bathroom, even though it was very clean. No bedbugs that we could detect. Even though it's only a few hundred yards to train tracks, this place was incredibly quiet. It rained while we slept and the water accumulated in front of the room door, of course. No breakfast or other amenities that I could see. »

« Check in was horrible because the person was not trained well in using the computer system took almost 45min as there were 3 people in front of me checking in at 8pm. . Room was clean but only had enough toilet paper for one time use despite there being 2 spots for toilet paper. Front desk was able to get us some right away. Checkout in the morning was none existent at 7am.! Rang the bell on the counter, called the phone twice and yelled “Is anyone around”. Waited 15min before just setting key...
