"The condo itself is great—clean and updated. The host communication is excellent. However, renter beware—this rental is located on a block frequented by unsober city dwellers. My husband was propositioned while trying to open the lockbox. Police were quelling a disturbance out front as we were departing. Parking is around the corner—a block or two away from unit. "Super cute apartment- very girlie and very clean! Parking was easy but the location isn’t directly in a busy area if that’s what you’re looking for. Need to be weary when walking at night. Overall, would stay here again and our host Chad was extremely responsive and kind! "
